Any goods ordered from Monday 16th November will be eligible for an exchange or online account credit only if they are returned before the Monday 4th January 2021.
Refunds back to your original payment method are only available if returned within 14 days.

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or free exchange if you post your item(s) back in original packaging ensuring the labels have not been removed from the garment, all items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves and all items must be in perfect condition.
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, and returns are FREE for UK customers. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you contact MorsePoint within 14 days (UK+EU customers) or within 7 days (International customers outside of EU) from receipt of your item(s) to acknowledge the return by logging into your customer account (under my order history) and file a return request*. You then need to return your item(s) within a further 14 days (UK+EU customers) or within a further 7 days (International customers outside of EU) in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached. Your item(s) must be received back to us within that time frame.

You may notice Klarna as part of your checkout process as we have now partnered up with them to bring you an up to date, modern online shopping experience. This will then give you the option to order quickly without providing any payment first.
You will be offered with Pay Later, Pay in 3 interest free instalments or Card/Pay Now option at the checkout. This will help improve the ease with which you can place orders with us here at MorsePoint.
How Pay Later Works/Are You Eligible? UK CUSTOMERS ONLY
This payment option is allowed up to a maximum spend of £200 (dependent on the accuracy of information you provide). No need to create a Klarna account. Once you have ordered your items using Klarna Pay Later, you will receive a payment instruction. You'll have 30 days to pay Klarna after your order has shipped. No fees, no interest. You can complete the payment with no extra cost via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk
How Pay in 3 interest-free instalments Works/Are You Eligible? UK CUSTOMERS ONLY
Just like the above, but when choosing to Slice in 3 you can spread the cost over three equal payments over 60 days with no interest or or additional fees. A minimum spend of £35 to a maximum of £1000 (dependent on the accuracy of information you provide) is required when using this payment option.

If you want to pay now that's fine, just select the 'Card' option at the checkout and your transaction will be processed straight away. Please note, AMEX payment option is only available to UK CUSTOMERS.
Will A Credit Search Take Place?
Neither Klarna nor MorsePoint run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you & Klarna - but not visible to other lenders.
I Have Been Redirected To Klarna's Site, Is That Correct?
Yes, if you have chosen to Pay Later, Klarna will send you an e-mail with further details on how to pay. Your e-mail will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment via credit or debit card.
