We do not charge VAT on orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom. To see prices without VAT simply add the items to your basket and select the appropriate delivery destination from the drop down menu. The United Kingdom has now left the European Union and thus seen an end to the free trade agreement as we know it. This now means some of our customers within the EU will have duties and taxes to pay on top of their purchase, which are not part of your MorsePoint invoice and are to be paid by you upon entry of your destination country.
Deliveries to France, Germany, Italy and Netherlands are delivered on DDP terms (local VAT and duties included).
MorsePoint is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value (excluding shipping) on all non-UK shipments. We will provide the relevant customs documentation (commercial invoice) on the outside of the parcel for the receiving customs office to view. If in any doubt regarding potential import duties or taxes please contact the relevant local customs office for clarification and further guidance. It may be prudent to undertake this prior to placing your order.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a sales tax, also known as IVA in some countries. In the UK it is charged on most goods at a rate of 20%. VAT is currently not charged on purchases of children's clothing. All prices listed online include VAT where applicable, unless the delivery address has been set to a destination outside the UK. The requirement to charge VAT is dictated by the delivery destination.
RESTRICTIONS & TAXES
All products are shipped from the United Kingdom and it is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase outside of the UK and that these local fees are not included in your MorsePoint invoice.
MorsePoint is unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.
If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return shipping charges.
